a. Booking Process

b. Deposits and Payments

- Full payment is typically required before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Cancellation by You

- More than 30 days before tour: Full refund minus processing fees
- 15–30 days before tour: 50% refund

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal liability, lost luggage, and COVID-19-related disruptions.
HaGiangGo is not responsible for any personal losses, injuries, or delays during your trip.

We expect all travelers to:

- Follow the instructions of guides and staff
- Avoid disruptive or dangerous behavior
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour without refund if their behavior negatively impacts others or puts anyone at risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaGiangGo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Losses due to illness, injury, accident, delays, or negligence of third-party providers
- Events outside our control (weather, natural disasters, political unrest)
