Welcome to HagiangGo. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the HagiangGo website and the travel services provided through it. By accessing or using the website, booking a tour, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
1. About HagiangGo
HagiangGo is a travel service provider offering tours, transportation, accommodation, motorbike rental, and travel experiences primarily in Ha Giang and other destinations in Northern Vietnam.
Our goal is to provide safe, memorable, and authentic travel experiences while helping travelers explore the local culture, communities, and landscapes of Northern Vietnam.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age.
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- Will use our website and services in accordance with these Terms.
If you make a booking on behalf of other travelers, you are responsible for communicating these Terms to them and ensuring that they understand and accept the applicable conditions.
3. Bookings and Payments
3.1 Booking Process
Bookings can be made through the HagiangGo website, authorized agents, or direct communication with HagiangGo.
Booking details, including the selected service, travel dates, number of travelers, and applicable charges, should be reviewed carefully before payment.
3.2 Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required to secure a reservation. The applicable deposit amount and payment terms will be communicated during the booking process.
For bookings made through the HagiangGo online checkout, a 1,000,000 VND deposit is available where shown during checkout.
Unless otherwise agreed with HagiangGo, full payment is typically required before the start of the tour.
Any remaining balance is subject to the payment terms communicated for the individual booking.
3.3 Payment Methods
HagiangGo provides online payment through 9Pay.
Customers can select the applicable payment option during checkout and proceed by selecting “Pay Now.”
Other payment methods may be available as specified by HagiangGo during the booking process.
3.4 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once HagiangGo has received and verified the required payment.
Customers should keep their payment confirmation or transaction receipt for their records.
If payment has been completed but booking confirmation has not been received, customers should contact HagiangGo and provide the relevant payment details.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by the Customer
Customers may cancel their booking by providing written notice to HagiangGo via email or another contact method provided by HagiangGo.
Cancellation charges are determined according to the time remaining before the scheduled departure date:
- 45 days or more before departure: Free cancellation.
- 30–44 days before departure: A 50% cancellation charge applies.
- Within 21 days before departure: A 100% cancellation charge applies.
Please note: The current cancellation policy does not specify the cancellation charge for cancellations made 22–29 days before departure. Customers should contact HagiangGo to confirm the applicable terms for cancellations during this period.
Any applicable refund will be handled according to the cancellation terms and payment conditions applicable to the booking.
4.2 Cancellation by HagiangGo
HagiangGo reserves the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances including:
- Unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather or safety concerns.
- Insufficient participants where a minimum number of participants is required.
- Force majeure events or other circumstances beyond HagiangGo’s reasonable control.
Where HagiangGo cancels a booking, the customer will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to the circumstances and availability of alternative arrangements.
5. Changes to Bookings
Customers may request changes to their itinerary or booking.
HagiangGo will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes, but all changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs.
Any additional charges will be communicated before the change is confirmed.
6. Travel Insurance
HagiangGo purchases domestic travel insurance from Bao Viet Insurance for applicable customers during their trip in Vietnam.
Insurance coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits of the applicable Bao Viet insurance policy.
Depending on the applicable insurance plan, coverage may include:
- Death due to accident.
- Permanent total disability due to accident.
- Death caused by unexpected illness or sickness during the insurance period.
- Emergency and medical expenses resulting from covered accidents.
The insurance applies within Vietnam and is subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions specified by Bao Viet Insurance.
Travelers should review the applicable insurance terms and coverage before departure. HagiangGo is not responsible for claims, expenses, or losses that fall outside the scope, exclusions, or limits of the applicable insurance policy.
7. Code of Conduct
HagiangGo expects all travelers to:
- Respect local cultures, communities, people, and the environment.
- Follow the instructions of guides and HagiangGo staff.
- Behave responsibly and safely throughout the trip.
- Avoid disruptive, unsafe, or dangerous behavior.
HagiangGo reserves the right to remove a participant from a tour if their behavior negatively affects other travelers or puts themselves, other participants, guides, staff, or third parties at risk.
In such circumstances, no refund will be provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HagiangGo and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
HagiangGo is not responsible for losses, injuries, delays, or disruptions resulting from:
- Illness or personal circumstances.
- Accidents or incidents occurring during travel.
- Delays or services provided by third-party providers.
- Severe weather or natural disasters.
- Political unrest or other events beyond HagiangGo’s reasonable control.
Travelers acknowledge that travel and outdoor activities may involve inherent risks and agree to follow applicable safety instructions provided by HagiangGo and its service providers.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the HagiangGo website, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and design, is owned by HagiangGo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use any website content without prior written permission from HagiangGo.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Please refer to the HagiangGo Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
11. Modifications to These Terms
HagiangGo reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Any updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website or our services after the updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the services provided by HagiangGo shall be resolved by the appropriate courts of Vietnam.
