At HagiangGo, it was both.
In 2016, when Ha Giang was still a quiet secret, travelers began arriving—curious, adventurous, and
eager to discover a place that few had seen. Back then, the experience was simple. They’d rent a
motorbike, grab a basic map, and take off into the unknown. No guides, no plans, just the open road.
But something was missing: local connection, real guidance, and safe, well-supported adventures. That’s
where HagiangGo found its purpose.
Meet our Founders
Behind HagiangGo is a small group of proud Ha Giang locals and passionate riders, people who grew up on
these mountain roads and know every twist, turn, and hidden village. Our founder - Mr. Tom & team aren’t
just tour operators—they are storytellers, hosts, and adventure enthusiasts. They’ve spent years guiding
travelers through Ha Giang’s rugged beauty, driven by a simple mission:

The Journey So Far
What started in 2016 as a small motorbike rental and homestay has since grown into one of Ha Giang’s most
trusted adventure tour companies.
By 2018, HagiangGo had become a hub for riders from around the world. But when the pandemic hit in 2019,
everything paused. During those two silent years, we didn’t give up—we listened to our guests, improved
our services, and prepared for the day travel would return.
Today, HagiangGo offers more than just bikes. We provide guided Ha Giang Loop tours, self-ride
adventures, motorbike rentals, homestays, private and dorm rooms, local food, and travel support—all
