At HagiangGo, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The payment amount and applicable payment terms are provided during the booking process.
Deposit Payment
A 1,000,000 VND deposit is required to secure your booking.
During checkout, select “Pay Deposit” and click “Pay Now” to proceed with the payment.
The remaining balance, if applicable, should be paid according to the payment instructions provided by HagiangGo.
Payment Method
HagiangGo processes online payments through 9Pay.
After selecting the deposit payment option, you will proceed to the 9Pay payment process to complete your transaction.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed after HagiangGo receives confirmation of the required deposit payment.
Please keep your payment confirmation or transaction receipt for your records. If you have completed the payment but have not received a booking confirmation, please contact HagiangGo with your payment details.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation charges are applied according to the HagiangGo Cancellation Policy:
- 45 days or more before departure: Free cancellation.
- 30–44 days before departure: A 50% cancellation charge applies.
- Within 21 days before departure: A 100% cancellation charge applies.
Please note: The current cancellation policy does not specify the cancellation charge for cancellations made 22–29 days before departure. Please contact HagiangGo to confirm the applicable terms for cancellations during this period.
Before Making a Payment
Before completing your payment, please make sure that:
- Your booking details and travel dates are correct.
- The total booking amount is correct.
- The required deposit amount is correct.
- You have reviewed the HagiangGo Cancellation Policy.
